- The Saker falcon is a deadly killer and one of the most ferocious predators, like a lion or a cheetah.
- Their speed can reach 250 km/h.
- An interesting fact is that they do not build their nests. Saker falcons capture the nests of other birds, living there for several years together. There may also be cases when sakers have not even one, but several nests nearby.
- The bird is able to regulate the degree of filling of its own blood vessels, avoiding their ruptures during collisions.
- Judging by the ingenuity shown by birds for food, falcons are among the smartest birds on the planet.
- Falcons are wonderful watchbirds. Four falcons serve in the commandant's office of the Moscow Kremlin – they drive crows and pigeons away from the golden domes.
