Rules and prices

By purchasing a ticket to visit the zoo, the visitor confirms his consent to comply with the "rules of visitor behavior in the zoo" and undertakes to keep the ticket for the duration of the visit to the zoo, if necessary, to present the ticket at the request of the employee.

In order to avoid accidents, it is strictly forbidden on the territory of the zoo.:

  1. Ignore the warning signs;
  2. Leaving children unattended;
  3. Go behind the fence and hold out your hands to the animals;
  4. Feed, disturb the animals and throw various objects into the enclosures;
  5. Take photos of animals using flash and dazzle the animals;
  6. Use means of transportation (roller skates, bicycles, skateboards);
  7. To spoil the zoo's property;
  8. Enter the zoo grounds with animals;
  9. Leave personal items unattended;
  10. Make noise, shout;
  11. Smoking outside designated smoking areas;
  12. Drink alcoholic beverages or be intoxicated.

*Any violation of the rules is grounds for depriving the visitor of the right to continue staying at the zoo.

*Persons who commit violations of these rules may be brought to administrative responsibility in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.



Prices

Child  200 tg.
Adult 700 tg.

The following categories of citizens have the right to free access to the zoo:

  1. old-age pensioners (upon presentation of a certificate);
  2. children under 12 years of age;
  3. GPW participants, persons equated to them, Afghan soldiers (upon presentation of the relevant document);
  4. conscripts (upon presentation of a military ID);
  5. persons with disabilities of all categories (upon presentation of a certificate);
  6. a person accompanying a group of children from preschool, school, secondary and higher educational institutions (tutor, class teacher, teacher, curator), at the rate of 1 accompanying person for 15-20 people;
  7. children from orphanages, rehabilitation and wellness centers, boarding schools;

Note: The grounds on which a person may be recognized as needing assistance are supporting documents.
